Which plan is right for me?
Our plans are built to scale with your needs.
For individuals looking just to plan, draft and schedule content, the Starter plan should be sufficient.
For teams that are looking to grow their presence on socials, we recommend the Pro plan. This plan comes with growth tools like team engagements, all-time analytics, etc. - which help users amplify their reach and refine their content strategy. Teams that want to turn social into an acquisition channel — with amplification links, leads data, and higher engagement limits — should look at the Growth plan.

What type of support is offered?
We offer email and chat support for all customers. For Growth, Enterprise, and agency plans, we also offer shared Slack channels for prioritized support.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No credit card needed for our 14-day free trial! We want you to be able to try out Ordinal without any pressure, and make sure it's a good fit for you or your team.
How many users can I add to a workspace?
Ordinal workspaces on the Pro tier and above come with unlimited users at no additional charge. Ordinal workspaces on the Starter tier come with 3 user seats for no additional charge.
What's the difference between a user and a social profile?
A user is a person who logs in to your Ordinal workspace to draft, schedule, approve, or engage with posts.
A social profile is a LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or other social account you connect to Ordinal to publish from. Starter, Pro, and Growth include 4 social profiles, and you can add more for $20/mo. each.
For example, on Pro a 12-person marketing team posting from the company page and 3 executives' LinkedIn accounts needs 4 social profiles and pays nothing extra for the 12 users.
